The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and understanding of the built environment and the need for the various building services systems. This course will cover the common building services system and equipment within a building. It is intended to enable students to be conversant with the building services engineering and provide students with building services knowledge to be applied in other courses such as estimating, measurement and construction planning.
